In this workshop students will be exploring all things slinky and sensual within their heels flow. Kennady will guide students through a few technical pointers, and then students will learn a heels sequence utilizing the highlighted technique. This class will give students a taste of Kennady's sensual style while breaking down and developing the intricacies of body waves, pirouettes, hip rotations, glides, transitional footwork, and static spins.
Kennady Schneider is a visual artist, choreographer, and pole dance instructor based in Los Angeles, CA. With an extensive background in gymnastics, she has guided children and adults through their acrobatic journeys for over a decade. Most recently, she has been professionally dancing and choreographing within the entertainment industry with credits including: Usher the Las Vegas Residency, SuperBowl LVII, Snoop Dogg, PVALLEY Seasons 2 & 3, and the Oscar Winning film, Anora.

Mixed Levels
In this 90 minute offering, students will be texturizing their ascensions up the pole. Kennady will guide students through climb technique, and will offer insight on how to dance with the force and flow of circular movement. Students will focus on refinement, intentionality, patience, and flourish as they are guided through shapes and movements that utilize the foundational concepts of pole sits and climbing.
